Testimonials

When I first started therapy with Hayley, I was taking anti-anxiety medication and struggling to untangle what I was feeling and why. I’d experienced deep grief after losing my Dad at 18, had been through a painful relationship breakdown, and was trying to navigate a new relationship that came with complex and challenging circumstances. My anxiety had seeped into everyday life and I just couldn’t pinpoint what I needed or how to help myself.

Starting therapy felt overwhelming, but Hayley immediately put me at ease. Talking to her felt like talking to a friend, someone who genuinely listened, without judgment, and made our sessions feel safe and supportive. I felt empowered from the very beginning to start healing and take back control.

Over the nine months we worked together, Hayley helped me understand and process my emotions in a way I’d never done before. She supported me through tough moments like grief anniversaries and Christmas, but also gave me practical tools I could use in everyday life. I’ve come out of this process feeling more grounded, more self-aware, and more accepting of myself. I’m not constantly trying to “fix” how I feel anymore, I let things come and go, and I trust myself more than I ever have.

If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I’d really recommend working with Hayley. She creates the kind of space where real change can happen. Calmly, supportive, and completely without pressure.

After a tragic and unexpected experience of the death of a close family friend, I suffered severe anxiety from the moment I woke up, to the moment I went to bed and all my past traumas raised their heads and joined in! I couldn’t function mentally on a daily basis.

Hayley and her therapy practice were recommended to me by a friend and I immediately contacted her to make an appointment.

From my initial contact to my last therapy session, Hayley was so warm, understanding, caring and more importantly non judgemental; providing much necessary guidance when I couldn’t see the “wood for the
trees!” whilst also reassuring me, that this was only a temporary situation.

With Hayley’s work, I am now in a much better mental place and for anyone else who is suffering mentally on a daily basis, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hayley to help you find your
solace.
